Barn Refurbishment – South Hams
MP Construction were fortunate in successfully tendering, through a local well known local architect specialising in architectural conservation, for the complete refurbishment and semi-rebuild of the above barn which had originally been converted for residential use in the 1970’s.
As shown the roof was removed entirely and rebuilt to allow for the new plans and internal alterations. The build also included a considerable amount of new stonework and as can be seen a large amount of specialised oak joinery was featured. The refurbishment took several months to complete and the owners moved in during 2004. Happily, they now count among our personal friends!
